Not every clever feature you use is a chatbot. Spam filters, recommendation engines, and fraud alerts all run on machine learning too — AI shows up in more places than you'd think.
Do this now
For each one below, guess: chatbot, recommender, or rules-and-filters? (1) Netflix's homepage rows (2) Gmail's spam folder (3) the ChatGPT chat box.
