Most 'bad AI answers' are really missing-context answers. The model knows nothing about your team, project, or constraints unless you put it in the window. New habit: paste the background first (sanitized), then ask the question. Mind-reading isn't a feature.

Pick one real question you'd ask a colleague. Write 3 lines of context first (situation, constraint, goal — no client PII), then the question. Paste both into any chat tool. You're done when you can name what the context fixed versus what a context-free ask would have gotten.
