You're done when you've run a 20-second voice or typed ramble using only substitutes — and confirmed zero real PII or client names slipped in.

Voice mode is still a chat log — scrub before you speak
Dictation and voice-to-AI still create transcripts your org or vendor may store — treat spoken prompts like typed ones: no client names, salaries, passwords, or unreleased numbers.
Worked example
Voice mode feels casual — a hands-free ramble, a mind-meld. But the model still gets a transcript, and that transcript can end up in chat history, device cloud, or vendor logs, just like typed text would. The workplace rule: if you wouldn't paste it into a free chat, don't say it into voice either. Swap client names for roles, skip real salary figures, and keep send human-owned once the draft lands.
