We take your results seriously.

Learning and testing leave a trail. We design so that trail is yours first, and only shared with an organizer when you are part of a group they run.

What you control

• Your personal AI IQ Check and full Appraisal results live on your signed-in profile.
• Peers in a workplace do not get a public leaderboard of your scores.
• You can start a free Check without an account; linking an email later attaches history to you.

What organizers can see

If an organizer invites you into their group (or imports a roster for outreach), they can see results for people they brought into the system — enough to coach, staff, and plan training. We tell you when a session is under a group, not a solo practice.

What we do not do

• Sell your individual scores to third parties.
• Publish named personal levels to the open web.
• Use K-12 student minors in the appraisal product without extra legal review (staff/cabinet first).
