But the model still gets a transcript, and that transcript can end up in chat history, device cloud, or vendor logs, just like typed text would. The workplace rule: if you wouldn't paste it into a free chat, don't say it into voice either. Swap client names for roles, skip real salary figures, and keep send human-owned once the draft lands.

Write a 4-line voice hygiene card: (1) tools you use with voice (2) data classes never spoken (3) a substitute pattern, like 'Client A' or 'Project Blue' (4) who can see the transcript later. You're done when you've run a 20-second voice or typed ramble using only substitutes — and confirmed zero real PII or client names slipped in.
