Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Dynamics Copilot — all great at first drafts, and all terrible if they're allowed to send silently. The skill is using the draft, then owning the To/Cc, the facts, and the send button yourself. Never paste full customer history into an unapproved public chat. The customer send is still yours.
